ORDERING
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
As a rough guide, as all artworks are handmade, orders can take BETWEEN 6-10 days from the date of ordering to receiving it. We post throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR MOTHER'S DAY IS WEDNESDAY 15TH OF MARCH IF YOU PICK FIRST CLASS POSTAGE.
Postage and packaging costs are £4.75 for smaller frame (27x27cm in size) these are sent on a Second class postage by Royal Mail.
The large trio artwork are £6.00 postage (50x23cm in size) and are sent by courier and take 2-3 working days to arrive from dispatch.
If you require your order in a hurry, then they can be posted on a UK special delivery service with the Royal Mail but the price of the postage and packaging will be more. If you require this then please let me know beforehand at [email protected] and we'll do everything we can to help you.
HOW DO I LEAVE MY PERSONALIZED DETAILS FOR THE ORDER?
When ordering, and you process to cart,it will ask you to put in your details such as name and address and you can pay via card or PayPal. There is a box on the bottom of the page with 'notes or instructions' this is where you can leave your personalized details such as names, date or quote for your order.
If you do miss this part at any point, then no problem you can simply send me a message through the website with your personalized details for the order along with your order number
QUALITY AND SIZE
Here at C17Designs, we aim to get each order to the highest quality every time. As these are handmade, please note the pebbles and shells used are a natural product and will be slightly different to the example being displayed on the website but we do try and match it as close as possible unless it stated differently with the personalization.
The frame sizes are measured at 23x23cm in size for oak effect frame and 27x27cm in size for the white and black frames and 50x23cm for the trio artwork frames. These frames comes with a choice of a white or black frame (choice of oak effect for trio frames is also available) and comes with a perspex front.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes if course, there should be an option for you to select an alternative address during the PayPal checkout process, however if you have any problems then just drop us an email after you have purchased with the details at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT - CAN YOU LEAVE OUT ANY PRICE INFORMATION?
We sure can. we'll even write your recipient a card with your choice of message for free. just drop us an email at the time of purchase with a note of what you'd like to say to [email protected] or our facebook page.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED - WHAT DO I DO?
As the artwork is handmade and personalized, please allow around 7-10 working days from the date of order for your delivery to arrive.
If you believe your order is delayed, we'd recommend first to get in touch with your Local Royal Mail delivery office to check if your parcel is waiting for you there. ( The easiest way to check is by popping in, in person, as not all delivery offices are able to check over the phone)
If your order is not with your Local Royal Mail delivery office then please get in contact with us as soon as possible at [email protected] quoting your full name which you ordered with, along with what you ordered and your delivery address, and we'll do our best to help.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please get in contact straight away as we'll sort the problem straight away for you.
